UPDATE:

With thoughts of her purportedd creaminess (from another review) in both my heads I had another go at meeting this mythical lady.  Same "young" English voice on the phone, same address in Wimbledon.

Let in by a pretty, Caucasian, curly-haired brunette who claimed to be Swedish in good, accented English (not sure if same voice as on phone).  She had a good figure, B+ cups, nice slender calves, about 5'7".  After I stepped into the room and turned to ask her, she introduced herself as "Tyra" and I said she isn't the girl in the photos.  She BS'd about not posting her images because of wanting her privacy.

Pretty as she is I walked after confirming that whilst kissing was at her discretion, OWO was +10.

So guys it's a confirmed B&S outfit requiring extras and the goodwill of the girl to get what's advertised.
