Thanks goldfinch i had txt her and got a reply 2 weeks later then when asked for a day that suited me i got no reply 
She seems to have a history of bad comms-if she doesn't have the decency and business sense to reply to potential punters,she doesn't deserve your hard earned cash-have a look for some more WG's on AW in your area,and cross reference them on here with well reviewed positive feedback.
