Barracuda used to have a filter option for Polish escorts and that search normally shows two/three escorts. The option is not available now. Maybe because they went on holiday. AFAIK, Hungarian escorts are also in EE category. There is also an option in Diva to filter by languages known. Though it is not accurate, it gives you some hint.

Type a language name say Polish in the search bar. You wil see Polish(Basic) or Polish(Advanced). As they don't have any proper Polish escort now, it only shows Polish(Basic) option now.
Not all escorts marked as Russian are from Russia, some are from Ukraine or central Asia.
