100% fake. Haven't met the girl but as you say the tattoo is missing and although they look similar the eyes are different colours.
Could be a real girl looking to escort but using fake pictures for sure.

Carried out a google image search, the tatted one seems to be from some stripper place in Chicago:

Yeah seems to be the same girl again, has the ad back on back page with those pictures.

These pictures actually seem to be legit this time but she's lied before
