Been looking at MI for quite some time now, but I was reluctant to pay over £100 ph. However decided she was worth a try based on previous reports.

Comms - By text and AW. Efficient.

Location - Near to Edgbaston Cricket Ground. The area felt safe (morning visit), and the property was clean and decent.
