Has Wigan ever had a RLD?

Clearly Manchester, Liverpool, Preston, Bolton and Blackburn have red light districts of varying sizes.  Wigan definitely does not have one but has it ever had one?  It just seems like a bit of an odd town out considering it has many similarities (former mill towns).

I'm not sure about St Helens and Warrington.  Very rarely go there, especially at night.

dunno about a RLD, but last night there was a lot of drug dealing going down in the churchyard, and quite a few Romanian pimp look-a-likes at the rock concert by Focus

Never knew (but I don't see street girls anyway).

Warrington is odd: big place but next to no parlours (perhaps NO good ones at all) and not many indies. That's always surprised me.

I couldn't say as I've not visited (too close to home) but I don't remember reading any good reviews. All seem to be lukewarm-to-poor.

Thai Sugar is pretty much in the town centre.

Depends what your after, pump and dump is fine however if you want a GFE then it's not so good.
