As my visit was on a Sunday, parking in the local area was free. Resident’s parking restrictions (and charges for non-residents) apply Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 6.30 pm. The flat lies just outside London’s congestion charging zone and, therefore just outside within the soon to be introduced, 24/7, T-Charge zone.
The flat is about half-a-mile, ten minute walk, from Victoria underground station.
SERVICE: This was a punt that was fated, almost from the start. I’d had an eye on a specific HoD girl for a while and decided it was time to meet her. Twenty minutes before my appointment the maid texted to say she’d been taken ill and had had to leave. I was offered Portia in her stead. Suffice it to say that I accepted.
