In no way does the time for an outcall start when the SP parks her car which is 7.5mins away from the SS outcall place. By this logic the outcall SP could argue to start time as soon as they leave their residence. Outcalls are generally higher than incalls to take into account the cost of travelling and parking.

Only buying a 2hr parking ticket for a booking that was 2 hours just makes me infer from the information from both sides neither SP was planning on staying the full 2 hours as they would have brought the ticket for longer than 2hrs.
