I saw Jade last week when I was in the city. Comms were good throughout.

Sadly that's where the positive ends. She's a few years older than the stated 36.

Service was poor, barely uttered a word and service was mechanical.

I decided to just finished up and leave early. She's not into the job at all and it shows.
