At Euston last Monday. Took a chance with Green Remedies Charlton Street, asked for 1 hour and shower before massage - paid £45.

Tip. Buy a cheapo spectacles case from Poundland. (You don't need to wear spectacles for this.) Put whatever you think you might want to tip your masseuse into the said spectacles case. Have it close by as you get your massage. Open it and give your tip to the masseuse without having to get up and kill the mood. I know exactly which pocket/sock the notes are kept in. I always ask for privacy after the deed, if they do demand up front then it takes a couple of seconds to tot up which pocket equals agreed price. 

I learnt this when I hammered drugs in my youth.
