I've not met this lady but I'm sure I've read good things about her on here.

Sorry to hear that Samattha had canceled the Swansea day this week i also had a booking with her, im sure she did not cancel Monday lighly their would have been a genuine reason for her in canceling the day in Swansea what ever that may be.
The good news she is back in Swansea for two days next week  perhaps you will get a chance to see her?
