Completely mechanical service that was rush, rush, rush. I could have handled the poor rushed, mechanical attitude. However, after 28 minutes she says to me I have two minutes left and better hurry up!
I questioned this as I'd paid £110 for an hour. Becky said I've been here for nearly an hour. Well I hadn't. I always start a stopwatch now, which I showed her (28 mins). She said I'm lying and trying to steal her time.
