I too have tried to contact her at various times, including this week when her profile says she's available all week. What's the deal with her? Sounds like she's a good punt but pot luck who she replies to. Does she only do it part time or just works when the mood takes her?

Always a good idea to check the 'last logged in date' which, for her is the 21st, so she's obviously not working and you're wasting your time.
