Those scars from the nipple downwards indicate a reduction, not an uplift. I doubt they will heal much more.
They always warn you beforehand that a reduction operation is a far more serious ( and expensive) procedure than augmentation (enhancement) or an uplift, where the scars could be underneath, in the armpit or at the side, or even through the nipple. The operation takes longer because they have to cut upwards and then relocate the nipple to suit the new breast shape.
Ladies who have a reduction are so desperate to loose the excess baggage that they still go for it, knowing the scars will always be visible.
Deffo a reduction IMHO
