IF she took an infected money shot in the mouth and didn't swallow or spit before her next client then perhaps there'd be concern for infection, if she did remove most of it then there might be some risk with exchanging spit, depending on infection, but all told still relatively minor. not clear to me what you're trying to differentiate.

I'm pointing out the fact that whether a girl takes a creampie/ bareback is of little relevance to me, I don't do anything uncovered or kiss, and besides, we don't even know that's what it is.
