Was going to be in Glasgow this day, so sent an AW message about a 30 min meet a couple days later when it she was down as working. got reply saying ok, so made booking which was read. Day came and before I set off I sent text and also messaged on aw to confirm. Assumed she would later log in.  Checked periodically but no reply. eventually i send messages saying as I hadnt heard Id just have to cancel. No time to arrange anything else, so I was pissed off. Got a message days later saying someting came up. Dont book if  you are travelling from out of town.

And if something does come up have the courtesy to inform your appointments with as much notice as possible.


Strange how so many of these SP's can't get that into their head. They want you to make appointments in advance, not just turn up at their door. So in return we expect the same consideration if they can't make it.
