I looked for past reviews on this one. I only found a deleted fake tout review and one as yet unindexed besides this one. The other review is in the Wales section. If she splits between Wales and Bristol it makes sense to have reviews in both regions.

I think the problem here is trying to bring the review to the attention of the local region. Reviews are not and should not be considered recommendations. That would be borderline touting.
