With all due respect and sorry to contradict, W.E.D.,but OP's review matches my three times experiences completely. Other than no CIM  she is top class. I know A/W feedback is notoriously unreliable but Emma's frequency and sheer number of positive reviews would, I submit, say it all.

Ahem.. that was more a comment of first reviewers who always have a bit of belief skepticism here, course some are crap and obvious but it takes a little while to get the hang of writing decent reviews and leaving out the crap like "treat her well".

While the O.P. may be suspect, I don't know, it doesn't detract from the point that Emma is already well reviewed, positively, on this site.

I have sampled Emma some years ago, and rate her Premier League. I have commented on previous posts. In view of her many reviews on A.W. from many different posters, most of whom have posted many reviews themselves, I have no reason to suspect that her A.W reviews are to be doubted. [30 reviews this month, nearly all different reviewers]

She seems to be a busy lady, at risk of being White Knight, definitely recommended, and I cannot see why she would need to drum up business.
