It was about six months ago. And I agree with you - that really bugs me when they bid more than their normal rate on a RB.

When I've had this happen, I just send them a polite email pointing out the difference and say I will meet them at their advertised rate. Although once I got a rant back from the lady saying she was responding to what I was offering, not her usual rate, and telling me I am a time waster
