Sorry in advance for asking what I assume becomes common sense, but is there a preference for ringing or texting? Will they discuss escort availability for days in advance of what's listed on their site? Is there anything unexpected which I should expect?! Probably worrying about nothing, aren't I?

Agreed to what is said above, about booking a indie, much easier to work out what is likely to be offered in the incall or outcall. Therefore more likely to meet your requirements.

Why?

I can't access UKE as for various reasons I use a proxy (I OKed it with admin for here on UKP) and the proxy is blocked from UKE.

Can't say I have ever had any major issue with using an agency. Best just to phone them and you can have an appointment arranged there and then. With indies I've approached you can easily end up pissing about with text messages for ages.

I don't have the details to hand, but in the past there have been some serious accusations of fraud / deceit / malpractice. I'm sure others here can elaborate

Good question - just because many of the girls at the top of my HL happen to be agency WGs. In a perfect world they'd be Indies I agree.

I THINK VW's comments were based on some serious past problems with some of the Newcastle agencies.
I don't have the details to hand, but in the past there have been some serious accusations of fraud / deceit / malpractice. I'm sure others here can elaborate

I think a lot of it was little more than "handbags at dawn" to do with historic personal relationships to be honest.  None of the agencies covered themselves in glory but I don't think any punters were ever actually at risk.  A number of the "forum characters" involved in those spats are banned from here now for good reason.

I do actually sometimes ask for a hanger for my jacket as a way of seeing what/who is in there!

I usually use indies now and yes there is usually a few texts flying around at first. This is normal if you have no feedback but when you are established it is usually just a text after that. It is easier with an agency and I usually just text and have never had a problem

Been using Gracies girls ,, nice honest agency ,, like there aproach of texts rather than phone calls more discreat that way

The only agency to genuinely be wary of. And I mean by that the only agency in the North East to actually avoid is Adore / Elite Newcastle Escorts.

The rest are fine and I would, personally speaking, much rather book through them then booking the girls independently for a whole list of reasons.

The issues they seem to have with each other, I believe, all stem from the fact that all of the agency owners used to be involved in the day to day management of Amour for Stacey many years back (2012 time and earlier)- Allie of Allure, Junie of Premium, and Amy of Bonds. All of them were working together at Amour.

And then they each had a tiff and setup their own agencies as a result.

The arguments are just typical women falling out silly cat type fight type stuff as opposed to stuff to really actually get worried about as a punter.

You can say there have been dodgy girls on each of their books in the past. But you could have booked those girls independently too and got the same. At least with the agency you have someone to complain to and look into it. For example, I believe Wardrobe-gate wouldn't have been wardrobe gate if Amy hadn't of come on the forum and said, 'yeah I went around to that girl's house and seen something dodgy and phoned the police on her'. If Amy never did that, nobody would ever have known it was going on probably to this day.

While I am on it. The only thing I do truly hate about agencies, and I mean really hate, is their incessant tendency to hire right chavvy pricks as agency drivers for the girls. And that seems to go for every agency for some reason.

I've had a great time dealing with Allure and Amour, both use friendly women on the phone and normally will text once you've made an initial phone call with them.

Personally I prefer agencies as they are accountable and often want to set things right, plus I know Amour in particular do a lot to protect and support their girls. So you know you're dealing with empowered, happy workers. Indies, I often worry about cancellations (which has happened to me a few times).
