@ Sonia, He may have just been nervous, He may have just been a looker but it might also be because he didn't read a word of what you wrote on your profile and just looked at the photos and assumed you were much smaller built than you are. Your photos tend to make you look more like a size 12 as each of them are positioned to hide most of your body.
Never make jokes with a client unless you already know them as many people don't have the same sense of humour so jokes can come across as either snotty or serious.
I have found the best way to avoid walk outs is to have at least one full frontal body shot, one on a side view and one of the back view that way there is no confusion about your size as a standard size 16 can look very fat on someone who is 5'1 or not fat on someone who is 6'. It is always best to show what you look like as most people cannot guess a clothes size correctly so wont have a clue what build you are from just stating size 16. A size 16 can have rolls and rolls of fat or have quite a flat stomach but just be broader all round.
A face picture even if it is in your private gallery also prevents the walkouts as they know if they are going to want to spend time with you or not. Men tend to get visually turned on so looks are important to them.
The guy probably used the ginger comment as it was the first thing he could think of that would not be offensive or cause you to get angry as saying he wasn't interested probably would not have bothered you but he isn't to know that and some women can get quite nasty about it
