There's a couple of Chinese health centres in Newton Abbott and Paignton (opposite the Wetherspoons) but don't know if either do HE or more?
I went to the Newton Abbott one (Queen Street as I recall) a few years ago, and had massage and HE.
Was nothing special, she was fairly old and frumpy, stayed clothed, but gave a decent wank. Cheap too I think.
