Very unusual request I know but thought I'd put it to the floor. 

We have a client (business) who most definitely has an eye for the ladies. I'm pretty sure if I turn up to a few meetings with a flirty attractive and suggestive lady we will close a deal that has until now been very difficult to get over the line. Usually I'd be happy enough to send one of the office girls along but I think this probably requires a little more suggestiveness.

Now do I risk hiring a SP for a couple of hours although I have always been incredibly keen to not cross this hobby with any other form of professional or personal life? or do I try some other alternative? sensible suggestions appreciated. Comical suggestions equally appreciated.

If it's scenario A, then given your self-confessed vast business acumen you'll already know that the other guy will probably see through your little ruse in an instant, and he'll think you are a fucking idiot or he does fall for it then he's a cretin who I wouldn't do business with in the first place.

If (B), ... utter lunacy, opening up your business to the potential nightmare of a whore being involved shows a distinct lack of any judgement whatsoever

Even of this is serious, which I doubt, I think this is a nailed-on, gold-plated, 100% sure method of not securing the contract.

While the client may well have "an eye for the ladies" a company supplying hookers to prospective clients is a complete deal breaker.

Your client might have to declare this as part of his company's Gifts and Entertainment policy! If it's under £250 (I think) it might be ok not to declare it!

Maybe I should have explained slightly better. I am not looking to provide an escort for said client. Merely some eye candy to smooth the process. whilst I said he has an eye for the ladies I didn't infer he was a punter.

I response to one comment, yes the client is a moron, however I still need to complete this item of business with him. Sometimes business isn't all about selling or contracts, those of you with the business acumen should be able to think slightly more pragmatically.

Before I retired I ran an engineering company. Many of our suppliers had female sales reps, who tended to be as sexy as hell and usually knew it. They would dress in a "you can look but not touch" kind of way. It was quite simple - a short skirt and boobs threatening to burst out of a tight top going into a predominantly male environment got them sales. I freely admit I often gave them more time than was necessary.

So if you can locate one of those, it might well close your deal.

Sounds like your product/service is lacking and you have no confidence in it, rather than worry about eye candy sort your products/service so you have confidence in them.

Ive seen and witnessed more times than I can count a type of scenario where hookers get used on nights out with clients. Not maybe how OP has layed it out but the responses here doubting this stuff goes on amazes me. Securing a deal more often than not means giving your client a good time, 9/10 its fuck all to do with the business side of things

In Asia, especial China, Korea and Japan, business deals are often done in hostess bars/karaoke. There are a few Japanese and Korean ones around London if you know who to ask.

In my business dealings over the years, this kind of scenario arose many times. It's simply a matter of stroking the client's ego (to start with, anyway). I had a client who I used to take to lap dancing bars to 'celebrate' a good deal. We could drop 2 or 3 grand easily in a night. It got to the stage when negotiations got tough, I would remind him that the chance of another 'evening out' was not to be missed. It worked every time.
All this and I was selling ..... Johnnie Walker Blue Label! (other whiskies are available). Mind you, he was a £10m a year customer.

I moved into a new job and my replacement was a VERY attractive girl, I mean really hot. You know, £300 an hour hot. I got a call from the customer 6 months after I left. He wanted me to come back as he missed our gentlemen's evenings. He said the new girl had nicer tits than me but he preferred my way of doing business!

Of course this goes on, regardless of quality of service/product. A pretty girl, a lap dancing bar, a hooker - all varying degrees of the same scenario.

To the OP, if you find the right SP, offer to pay her double her hourly rate (on the firm, of course), keep it as your little secret, then fuck her afterwards as a reward to yourself for being such a cunning bastard. How I miss the cut and THRUST of business!
