I am convinced that it is HOD policy to let the girls have their breaks

Apple is a nice girl, fairly shy & quiet until you get to know her, but good skills and a pretty face.

A constant issue at HoD is the time-cutting due back-to-back bookings, if it's a popular girl and a busy time of day, you will likely get short-changed.

Whenever I visited their places in MK and the girl came in late, when she asked 'How long for?' to get the money sorted, I would ask 'It's now 10 past, have you still got time for 45 mins?', looking at my watch and letting her know I have clocked the late start time. That usually ensured that I didn't get kicked out early. Thankfully it was rarely as busy in MK compared to London.

I have had two visits to HOD this year both times i arrived a few minutes early.
Both times the maid and girl apologised for being late.On both occasions the booking
started about 10-12 mins late and both times the girl called time a few minutes
before the official end time(had we started on time).

Well it may bite already in a small way from me: as an almost regular of Annabellas (a related house in MK) I have to say I have rarely known a delay of less than 5 minutes but more like 7-10 and many times the girl aims to get me out before the end of a half hour booking).

Some of the comments from "HOD" made me feel slightly uneasy: like if they had something on you they may use it. One reason it's so important to have a punting phone.

I was planning a visit to one of their establishments soon but I'll seek out an independent instead. Which I generally prefer anyway.

And why HOD and anyone else wonders about "the way they discuss girls"?

2. Stop blocking people who disagree with you, and unblock all those you have blocked.
3. Issue a grovelling apology for your attitude to customers, and for customers having their time cut short, and say that you value and welcome their feedback.
4. State a commitment to giving the girls breaks between bookings, and make sure every customer gets the full time they paid for.
5. State another commitment that your girls will always value customers, be pleasant and put 100% effort into every booking.
6. While you're at it, stop putting airbrushed photos on your site, better to use the "real" photos you put on Twitter.

No not all. They blocked me on Twitter just for politely disagreeing with them. That, and the nonsense spouted on Twitter this week (see previous posts), led me to vent my feelings here to people who understand, and I knew HOD would read it but could do sod all about it. 

This could have all been avoided just by engaging with customers and addressing their concerns. They just want the sycofantic fan-boys on there.

 UKP,  is the number one, punters site for many reasons, IMO.

Times are changing - punters have access to honest feedback through UKP reviews posted by other genuine punters and can now make an informed decision. This will only increase as more and more punters become tech savvy, other tout sites diminish and UKP continues to grow in membership and reviews.

Agencies (pimps) and independent girls trying to claim fake reviews over addressing the feedback will fail - you run a business, start acting like it.

We question dodgy reviews - fake positives and negatives, but the bad providers make it difficult to prove their case if they claim every negative is a lie or blame the punter.

Poor service, lying and slagging off punters aka paying customers are quickly becoming a guaranteed path to a dusty phone, as one failed agency has recently discovered.
