Zinc tablets are good, but most are shit quality. If you get the banned 30mg Twinlab ones off Amazon, take one daily and pop two before your punt.
Boron is not bad either, try Solgar brand, takes about 3 days for it to build up but your testosterone is definitely higher then.
And make sure you're not on a low fat diet - saturated fat is the pre-cursor to testosterone. Another no-no is too much exercise, gym etc.
For those who have a stress related issue...be aware stress makes CORTISOL which is the opposite of testosterone. The more cortisol, the more you libido will go down. Get some sunshine, it drops cortisol, no surprise men report getting hornier in the summer (cortisol down, testosterone up). A liquorice supplement works really well for this - try Biocare AD206. Be aware if you have blood pressure isssues it's not for you, but then neither is viagra.
