No link because this is a negative review.

Arrived on time for my appointment and phoned up for final directions.  I was told to wait at the lifts (this is a Canary Wharf high rise with controlled lifts).  So I wait, text Bruna to say where I am, phone her again.  And she has switched her phone off.  Repeat call - phone still off.

So: time completely wasted by an unreliable woman.  Book at your own risk.

I found that one too but came to the conclusion it can't be her as she is in SW and has been for some time.

So OP 2nd request who is this WG please inform us so we don't try and book her ... or are you a rival WG?
