As a relative newbie to punting and more so to this forum, it is my assertion that people like you, with your sneering ’holier than thou’ attitude, prevent other newbies from posting on what, after all, is a forum for all.
It is obvious that UKP is read by a lot more people than those who regularly post. I suspect a lot are scared off because of people like you….either because they are not as eloquent or grammatically precise as you seem to need them to be, or they are frightened of being perceived as pimps or worse still fluffies.
Or.... maybe they just haven’t had the education you have had.
My review may not have been the literary masterpiece YOU wanted to read, and nor was it my finest hour of structured appraisal, but given I was in a hurry and writing it on a train, using a BlackBerry, it conveyed all that I wanted it to convey.
Whilst I am here, I would also add my thanks to those guys who PM’d me their approval of the couple of reviews I have written and who have found them entertaining, informative and erotic….. Now....remind me, why was it so important for you to find out whether it was Izabel at HoD or not anyway?
You don't seem to want to offer anything more than advice on cheap Travelcard pricing (which was wrong anyway) and patronizing lessons in grammar and literary structure.
