Just because you had a neutral experience doesn't mean you shouldn't write a review. If anything, when posters experiences differ from previous descriptions, I think they're more valuable, as they help give a balanced view. Whilst in a perfect world a WG should offer the same service to all, I'm absolutely convinced they don't, for a number of reasons; and every different review helps one make a much more informed decision regarding who to spend their money on.
