I think your review qualifies under board rules but there are several odd things about your story that lead me to dismiss your opinion. 

- It is pretty unusual to return repeately to a girl with whome  you are consistently unable to achieve orgasm unless that was what you wanted as part of the session.
- The qualification you got from Tiff is also unusual, and suggests that she was uncomfortable with the banter. You can report it as a negative but I read more about you than her.

There's no white knighting going on here, we were calling you out on your one-sided impression of a situation that has another side where the SP may have actually not been happy with your behaviour, but unwilling to get into a face-to-face confrontation about it.
