The way I read it was that she had had her tests and was still waiting on one result (for HPV)  Perhaps the labs at Dr Gray's were a bit slow on one particular test (or it had to be sent further afield)

I've seen her profile before in a couple of guises, and it was never well written.  (It also went from no BB, to BB as an extra, than back to no BB)  The huge blunt she is smoking in one of the pictures could offer an explanation for the coherence of her profile.
