sorry, i should have made clearer. The OWO was offered but i refused. The CIM was flatly told not on offer.

She did offer it previously, albeit for £10 extra. So not sure whether that means she is not offering it in the price, not offering in 30mins or is no longer offering it at all.

Any way up, it's clear punters need to check on booking if they want CIM from her.

In March it was available at extra cost. With the upsell at point of coming, not advertised anywhere as an extra.
