I made a booking, got accepted and arrived at the location at the specified time. Carla opened the door when I approached, we exchanged pleasantries.   

She took me the designated room where the service was going to take place. I made the rookie mistake of not confirming services, I handed the cash for an hour service.

She instructed me to use her bathroom to freshen up – shower was clean with different shower gels free to use
 
When I cleaned up, I went to join her on the bed for some foreplay, she declined kissing and said “I only kiss when I feel turned on”.   

I was kicking myself, because I knew I never confirmed services, so she was justified in declining a service which we never agree to. 

I tried to continuing the session, but I couldn’t do it, so seven minutes in the appointment I wanted to cut my losses.

Sammy, for what it is worth I would rate this experience in the same way.  Your positive rating says to a reader that the SP was trying to provide good service - which I think you demonstrate in your review by the fact she returned your money when the problem became clear.

Yes its happened to me PP last year. I have reviewed it as a negative espesially it was a B&S. I was there for 5-8 minutes and asked for money back or even part and the Madam who looked like a troll (no didn't fancy her either) came in and said no. So the OP here has I believe given the right marking when you look at what could have happened. Thank OP for putting this review up.

Shame about the kissing and it just goes to show how important it is to confirm services beforehand.
I had a similar experience a few times. The difference was I did confirm services but once there the wg was reluctant to kiss. I asked for my money back and left.

Like a I say ... you were there and I wasn't so i can't argue with how you want to rate it.

But I'm a bit puzzled with any sort of acceptance of responsibility because you didn't confirm services. She advertises that she kisses ... common sense and experience tell us that what they say they will do isn't always what they really will do ... but that doesn't excuse it. They are still lying.

If she only kisses when aroused then she should say so on her profile or make sure she is aroused when you get there.

If a punter drove for two hours for a whore, it would be in the best interest for the punter to confirm services with her, before travel and face 2 face.....I did neither.
 
But for me she didn't have to refund me any money, considering she provided OWO and penetrative sex and we never confirmed any services.
 
If this was different type of service provider such as restaurant, and I didn't like the food they provided and they offered me a full refund. I will consider that service a positive experience.

You didn't highlight the operative phrase Rule of thumb in the paragraph you quoted. So the paragraph you quoted should not be strictly followed for every situation, as its a rule of thumb guide

Depends what you would qualify as entitled to a refund. I've paid for 1 hour and been kicked out after 40 minutes, even after pointing out the facts. However, I didn't bother fighting for the money, just put it down to learning.

I also consider the honesty of refunding without qualms as a positive.
