Had a booking with Mia @ Lush Leeds yesterday ; to do a proper review as she looks FAF.
Booked at 16:00 to confirm location and services.Got the mandatory texts confirming (after checking with Mia i suppose ) .
Drove down an hour and half from my neck of woods in peak traffic to Leeds City Centre , only to be told she has called in sick.
Felt left out in the cold with a hard on and most of my choices based on website were already booked out.
Finally went on a blind date with Ruby @ Lush which was a positive experience.
Not happy with Mia cancelling at last moment and Lush faffing about. Would expect Lush to double check with WG before sending out confirmation. I can understand if i had booked days in advance. But if it was a booking of the same day, expect a "Lush" service

Wow, seems unfair on the agency that mate after it was explained to you what had happened, just to be clear we messaged Mia to notify her of her bookings so far for the evening immediately after you booked at 16:15 and then sent you the mandatory confirmation text. At 18:14 Mia messaged in to say she is not going to be able to work tonight.. :dash: typical I know but all we can do is notify you immediately which we did via text at 18:16 just short of 2hrs before your booking time. As we had not heard back from you, following company procedure the receptionist tried to call you 1hr before the booking time and then again at 19:21 but unfortunately no answer either time. Why do you not mention that you admit you missed our attempts to notify you in this review ? When you still arrived the receptionist tried to make good of the bad situation and offered you a number of girls that were available, and then put you in with the girl of your choice which was Ruby at 20:16, I do not understand how this equates to "Lush faffing about", but still it's good to hear that it was a positive experience with Ruby. I feel that a review with all the facts would have been better, or even better still how about a review of your positive experience with Ruby?

Welcome to booking with Lush. Had exactly the same experience with a different girl who missed her previous two bookings but they didn't bother informing me. Drove all the way down from Sheffield too. Won't use them again.

I can assure you sir that the receptionist responsible for that does not work for Lush anymore. We have procedure and policy in place to prevent that from happening.

I've tried booking Mia before to be told she was off sick...still showed on the rota on Lush's website though. Think I'll be looking elsewhere in the future, seems like a very unreliable WG.

Looking forward to better coordination next time and someway of making up for leaving me out in the cold from 7:21 to 8:16 😊
Ruby sure got a cold handshake from me....which was quickly warmed up by her.
Thanks for the timings, as i thought it went over 30 mins, but it was spot on.
And it was a no rush service.
