No protection is 100% effective.

My GUM refuses to test for oral STI's at the drop-in as they are of the opinion that the risk is so low that it's not worth the effort. They only do oral swabs if I book an appointment same with anal swabs.
There's a very interesting university study, link on here somewhere, that indicates that LISTERINE is highly effective against oral bacteria including C and G. This is why I always swill before and after a punt and also if I snownball with a lass. I also ask the lasses to swill if they haven't already.
Having a piss after OWO and FULLY emptying the bladder is a recognised method of internal "cleansing" as piss is sterile.
