Very bad indeed, was looking for a blow and go, arrived at address and was txt house number, met at door. The lady was in pj's and robe, she appeared painfully thin, house was unkempt, went up to bedroom, which was a little girls room!!
Did paperwork, then she said she'd have to pop to the loo, she disapeared downstairs, so i waited.......house was quiet, but then heard a child crying..alarm bells time!!.
