Negative reviews have value chaps.

Perhaps more than positive reviews in some ways.

The latest review of MissMunro has a few people chiming in about the lack of a good service from her.  That's great but what a lot of guys look at are the headline numbers.  Currently she has 14 reviews here, 7 positive, 5 neutral and 2 negative.  Discounting the neutrals, she has a 7:2 ratio of positive:negative, that's odds many guys would take but actually look at what's been said about her and it's clear that no matter how hot she may be, she doesn't deserve our money. 

Yeah, I've singled her out but it's a pattern I see time and time again, guys not doing reviews on bad punts when they could potentially save us from these wasters.

So come on guys, negative reviews matter too.

Agree wholeheartedly...and have raised this point numerous times...Negative reviews are invaluable. TBH, I've actually been encouraged by the increase in Negs in recent times ...as it wasn't that long ago that the Scottish section was filled with repeated glowing Positive reviews for the same wee group of so called 'superstars'...with the fanboy reviwers trying to outdo each other as to who had the best shag

Whilst I agree that there is lots to be gleaned from a negative review, it has to be taken in context.

Is a punter who has made (say) 7 or 8 negative reviews an unlucky punter, or is he making such reviews to make his own "special" lady appear to be a better option for our punting pounds?

I agree with Poopster; negative reviews are valuable. Looking at my own reviews, I'm embarrassed to admit that they are mostly positive.
That said, on a few occasions I've vented my displeasure of certain WGs in the Regional Punting' section, rather than under 'Reviews', sometimes in response to other posters, other times to complain of a punt that did not happen owing to the unreliability of the WG.
Also, as a more experienced punter, I am better at weeding out potentially dodgy WGs at an early stage, while tending to stick to my regulars.

Every review is gold. And the more that each reviewer posts then the more we will either pay attention or ignore them.

If I know someone is a chubby chaser or an "any hole will do" punter I'll probably disregard them. If someone has seen girls that i have and rate them similarly then they will have my attention.

But basically the more reviews you do, you build up a picture of tastes and reliability. And that's a good thing for everyone.

  Totally in agreement Poopster. I've only used UKP for a few months but I've already stated my position (doggy  ) that this website is like Tripadvisor for the monger community. Guys who work hard and like to play hard. Any feedback, however minor it may seem to the OP, could prevent another punter from wasting hard earned on a crap punt 

And there is no shame in admitting a mistake. Christ, I've made hunners of them!!!!

Another aspect is not wanting to get shite thrown at you. Criticise a prossie that isn't a downright crack-smoking thieving psycho and the chances are, instead of just accepting that it's one review, one opinion, her fanbase will chime in to tell you how you're wrong.

Not only that –– and this is something I do tend to notice when guys give away lots of info about themselves -- if the punter is in some way identifiable (e.g. "we had a wonderful chat sharing our common interest in model train sets") then any criticism is a potential for getting slagged off by her to her friends and cause potential awkwardness. So they end up giving 'politically correct' reviews that are as much use as tofu in a steak house.

Marmalade has a valid point. Some members may not want to risk posting a negative for fear of it connectinv back to other accounts (although you should be using differing usernames wherever you go) or identifying them elsewhere.
I personally think I've been blackballed by a couple of providers/escorts/prossies due to them finding out I was a members on here (that was when my usernames matched here and AW).

All good points above. I am now very selective in girls I see. Most are regulars I'm comfortable with. I've reviewed them and no point in multiple reviews. I made loads of errors when I started this hobby and of course before being on UKP. However , I would have no hesitation in flagging up neutral / negative reviews. I've posted a good few.

Regards the "embarrassed I made a mistake" or "I knew she was Romanian , but I was horny" occasions. If we can't laugh at our anonymous selves on here , then when can we ?

My last negative or neutral visit was the last I posted on here.

Your dead right, on both counts...tbh, I can't believe how niave or downright thick...depending on your point of view...some posters on here are, when it comes to giving out personal information, or tell tale clues about their private lives Anonymity is key in this game.

I disagree about the multiple reviews.  As each review is dated we know that the lady gave a good/bad service on a particular date.

Perhaps the lady did get a bit of a bad press in the past but multiple positive reviews can be an indication that she has seen the error of her ways and is improving.

It could alsi mean that she has a white knight who is posting false positives to boost her flagging image but we need to make our own decisions on those.

Lots of very good points raised here by various board members.  We are all big and old enough to make a decision from reading reviews.  If you see shes got a dozen positives then one neg you can look at the punter and see how he reports on others.  One punter used to promote various travelling Geordies and sing their praises and never posted negs, his explanation was he researched very well!! FFS.  We all have the odd bad punt and we should have the balls to admit our failures and warn others.  You just have to put it down to experience and move on.  When I lived in London I became aware of a punter who had similar tastes to me, I liked his reporting style and began seeing the WGs he had reported positively on.  And it worked well.  I have now found that I have punted with a few that Marmalade had positively reported on and found them to be positive with many return visits.
I am very dubious about seeing a new WG on AW or Agcy unless shes got a few positives from trusted board members.  Been burnt too many times.
As stated, all reports be it pos or neg are just as valuable as each other.
