The question mark is where people get a shite punt when booked through phone or AW, but a good one, when through UKE. The other thing is where people announce they will be reviewing a meet prior to it commencing.
This isn't in reference to Lily, BTW.  I had a meet with her via phone arrangement and only have good things to say.

Agree completely it's like having a mystery customer and knowing who that mystery customer is. They may just make a bit more of an effort. As long as people know that to be the case, it's up to them what they do with that info.
