I was in soho earlier today and fancied a quick punt.

Got me thinking...never done a punt less than 1 hour but if I analyse the sessions I've had then the really good part is rarely more than 15-20 mins, the rest is all either anticipation or warm down !
If I really focused this could be the way forward as 3 punts at 30 mins certainly makes life more interesting versus 1 punt at 1.5 hrs with lots of chit chat. I used to mainly do 30 minute punts but of late I have been doing more hour ones.

I think for a first visit 30 minutes is perfect,this is of course on the basis that its a full half hour of fucking and not in and out of the premises in 30
