Apologies if this subject has been posted before but just wanted to give my take on it

For a while I've not been getting hard, at the very most a semi hard on. Occasionally I might just get it hard but say at 80%.  Obviously it's an embarrassing situation when you want some action but it's not hard enough to enter and you've got to put it in her when it's a marshmallow

So I decided to go to the doctors, it was embarrassing but needed to be done. He prescribed some slidefel 50 mg and yes it done the trick for curing but it did come with side effects. My face gets really red and get some banging headaches so you need to be aware that this may happen

The doctor also send me for some blood tests, and it was quite alarming that I had a few issues like lack of vitamins and high cholesterol which leads to heart failure, so really wanted to tell you guys if you're aged 40 like me and have erection issues get it checked out as you may have bigger health issues

Going forward, I take the blue pill but would anyone know of a more natural cure?

I'm not fat or overweight but might have a few pounds I could shed, I did try change my diet for a month and drink plenty water, that did help but I also enjoy curry (not hard to guess given my username haha) so don't really want to give that up, but any advice on a natural cure would be grateful

Have you got a girlfriend? Are you married? Do you have sex regularly? Do you only rely on prostitutes to have sex?

Something i've realised is that if i have sex regularly at least once or twice a week then my erections come naturally and last longer.

The problems of erection can occure when you have long periods with no sex.

I think it's part of the normal ageing process, like needing glasses to read, greying hair, putting on a few kilos etc. My erections started getting weaker in my 40s also. I'm now in my 6os so take Viagra or the cheaper equivalent sometimes. I don't always take it. It's a shock to the system when it happens, but rest assured it is normal. Being physically fit helps , as does a healthy diet. PS I had a great lamb madras last week. Regards.
