Getting spanish citizenship is, of course, the result of a few years of residency.

Possibly but highly unlikely in my point of view. Only a native spaniard could tell for sure as spanish is not a hard language to get acquainted with, although myself and probably most of you do not hold a good grasp on it.

Until that point, nobody wrote with full convidence that she is Spanish ( nobody that knew the Spanish language ).

As he has lived for over a decade in Spain, without a doubt he masters the language and if he has punted her and gotten to speak with her in the native language and if his opinion is so, I can no longer be on the opposide side. I am now also convinced it is so.

My assumptions were based on the way EE prossies work in that part of Europe and on the simple fact that non-spanish speaking punters cannot tell the difference if a spanish wg is indeed of spanish origins.
