I'm trying to get a few credits on AW after signing up to a new AW account. I had one years ago but can't for the life of me remember my username or email address etc

Now when I'm trying to activate my phone number on this new one it won't work as it says my phone is registered to another user  :scare:

Any help as to how I can get this sorted out?

1.On AW go to the Help tab on the AW top menu, select Get Help.
2.In the Help Centre, type REACTIVATE
3.In the next set of choices, select CAN'T LOGIN
4.That gives you several links and explains why your account might have been deactivated and different things to do.

I think that's part of the registration process.

They say that you have to verify your phone number with them to prove your location for VAT purposes in order to spend your credits. They will let you buy the credits but not spend them. Hmmm, funny that.
