Paid two visits to Scorpio in the past week, and it's a long time since I'd been in to see anyone other than Gemma, who sadly no longer works there.

The place often gets a bad rap and in fairness the decor might not be quite as nice as some other places, but I saw three different girls over the course of my two visits and really enjoyed the time I spent with all of them.

Maya (early 20s slim, blonde, Scottish) and Crystal (mid 30s, blonde, Russian - formerly of NTS) are standouts.

Worth a visit, especially if you've not been for a while.

Does anyone know what happened to Gemma? Where she might be working? I used to come into Edinburgh to see her as my regular / go to girl - one of the best and real filthy but great PSE!!!

I asked specifically about Gemma when I was in last week and was told she was taking some time off and they didn't know when or if she'd be coming back.

Reading between the lines, I suspect she may have quietly retired.

I'd be tempted to pay a first time visit to the Scorpio to see Crystal; I thought she was great fun in her previous persona as Daphne at the Newtown Sauna (NTS).

But I do like to have a sauna as part of the visit, and I believe the Scorpio sauna hasn't worked for a long time. Also, I believe the basic rate is £85 to the girl for an hour as opposed to £70 at NTS (and £65 at LSS).

If they fixed the sauna I'd probably give Scorpio a shot!

Na prices still £70 quid for an hour, Gemma hasn't retired from the industry just working further afield than Edinburgh.

Got to say Cartman that not surprised you mentioned two new comers to Scorpio as reason to try again. It seems the staff had been fixed there for years. I too would welcome new blood so to speak.

Is the place still a dump that has a raw sewage smell in the changing rooms?

Last time I was there, about 5 years ago, it did. Just like the time I'd been there a few years before. 

Are there any attractive girls that are under 35 and provide a good service?

Admittedly the place could do with being spruced up but while I can't speak for anyone else, I can tell you that the interior decor is not why I visit saunas...  Can't say I've ever noticed a smell of raw sewage either...

As for the ladies - I'll take quality of service, enthusiasm and personality over age/looks any day of the week. Regardless, none of the ladies I've seen at Scorpio over the years have been unattractive. Not IMO anyway.

Not the decor but the 20 year old grey/brown spunk stained sheets that put me off amongst other things. Service is very important but so are looks and age. If not we'd all be pumping rent boys up calton hill.

Speaking of defective items is the telly still stuck on Sky News with the sound down at Blair Street and is the furthest away of the three showers at London Street still faulty?

These places musn't be making any profits.

Can anyone confirm if Gemma is working at all in Edinburgh? Repeated calls to Scorpio have never had her on the rota in ages. My go-to for the PSE and GFE she provided!
