Tbf the stuff you highlighted is common although I agree English is clearly not the OP's first language. What makes me believe the op is linked to the escort is the type of words used. E.g in the review the place is described as "lavish" on the VS profile her apartment is called "pad" just little things like similar choice of words.

I think the point I was trying to make was that the post was clearly her copying and pasting sections of text that would make her laughably sound like an intelligent British punter such as "Furthermore, the interior is very warm, aromatic and the room itself is spacious" then it being peppered with so many spelling and grammatical errors that it could only come from her or a Sergei.

Not sure I would agree that mistaking whether for weather is common.
