In this day and age, when you have Auto-correct more or less everywhere - going from being built in to Chrome, Firefox internet browsers, to using your phones (Android or Apple IOS) software through to simply using Microsoft Word as a spell check, I think that is no excuse whatsoever for having bad spelling.
