The Flat : very well kept.
The girl : found her quite attractive, face i found to be better looking in person. body is sexy - cant really tell on pictures but shes quite curvy - but not chubby, nice ass, boobs are huge - infact sagging. must be much larger than the advertised 34c. seems youngish - 20+ atleast.
