I don't think there's any hard and fast rules, but it's generally frowned upon as it comes across as touting for the girl.

If the service or girl has discernably changed (for the better or worse) then another review reflecting that, maybe a negative instead of a positive, is fair game.

Difficult but I must agree with MrSD here  that reviewing a lass really quickly after a previous review by the same punter can be percieved, even if it's not intended to be, as touting.  I would go further and say "too much chatter" about one lass by the same punter, unless it's answering other punters questions, falls into the same bracket.

Additionally have to agree with you MrSD  that if service has significantly improved after a neg or neutral then a positive isn't out of order and the opposite applies if service has gone to shit.

Thing is MrGL you've made the effort to write your review and then you have followed it up and confirmed that a repeat visit was just as good as the initial punt. That's why it's difficult IMHO as I certainly don't want to criticise you for making the effort. My advice for what it's worth is that there's no issue IMHO bumping your original review of a lass with a followup along the lines of "visited her again and she was just as good as the first time" and then leave it at that.
