Deleting AdultWork Profile

Hi guys,

I have a quick question. Does anybody know how I can delete my adultwork profile, the option does not seem to easy to find? I would like to get out of the game before it becomes too addictive (however I'll probably be back next week!)

Apologies if you have already done this -
Click on the Help button near the top of an AW page.
Select Get Help from the drop down list. That will open a page with a lot of text. In the left hand column you should see a link - Registration, Login Problems & Profile Removal - click on that.
Then click on the Profile Removal link.
There are a few more links to follow from there, but I expect you can find your own way from that point.

Perhaps there is a quicker way I don't know.

That involves a bottle of scotch and a carving knife - but it's not a popular approach and is seldom used

Destroying the computer won't actually delete the AW profile.

If you have any good feedback from prossies it's a valuable commodity and not to be cast aside lightly, especially if you know in your heart that you'll be back.

The AW people can resurrect a deleted profile if you change your mind quickly, but not if many weeks have gone by (the exact limit may be written on the site somewhere, or someone else here may know it).

I would just stop using your profile for a while. The addictive part of punting (in addition to the actual sex, that is) is browsing the various sites and UKP to find the perfect shag. And you can still browse AW without being a member, so the temptation is not even removed.

Currently and IMO. I don't want or need feed back on A/W.

Its up to the, W/G how they wish to conduct bookings and who they wish to see.

But don't care for or have very little use, for some part of the AW systems (emails, RB, bookings, feedback, etc). Its to open to abuse and misuse, IMO.

Currently, I won't change the way I book (and pay for) a W/G, regardless of her feedback or reviews, on UKP or A/W.

Its just the way I punt.  No phone number =  no booking from me.

Feedback on A/W required = No booking from me.

My A/W account is 6 + years old and it has no feedback on it and its going to stay that way for some time.

I don't need some 2 liners on A/W, just to please or state I'm a punter, to a W/G.

I use a phone, good manners and cash. The rest is in her hands after that point (service, attitude and VFM)

I believe that you can resurrect it within a month.  And I was told that if you don't log in for 3 months it is deleted.

If you know you will probably be back it may be easier to temporarily block the AW site on whatever device you use to log on. Just google "block a website" then when you search for it the device just shows "Search not found".
I have done this a couple of times and the steps to do it can be a bit complicated which I looked upon as a good thing as it is not easy to reverse quickly if your resolve wavers.

Deleted my account and currently revisiting the good SPs from last year. If a good shag comes along on here, then she better have a number displayed.

He may be deleting his AW profile because he is worried that his partner is getting suspicious and might start digging, so he may have a legitimate reason for asking.   He's a bit buggered as far as his UKP account is concerned though!
