Desperate to get back to Punting World after  Christmas, I start phoning around earlier this week...

She was my 4 choice and pick up straight away. Sounds nice and friendly over the phone. Initially comms was good I asked if I can come in an hours time and she agree time. She sends postcode straight away. All good so far.

I did tell her during conversation on phone I am on a tight schedule and can't afford to be hold up.
I set off and arrived 10 min early. Send text no response. Wait till time agreed and phone...no answer...
5 min later get a text saying she will be ready in 20 min... needless to say I walked...

Had the similar situation; spoke to her prior to the appointment, suggested a time. Confirmed the time an hour beforehand (at which point she switched to text, which should have been a warning). Turned up to be met by her flatmate ("You booked with me" "er no"), left text arrives that she made a mistake and I should return - return and she doesn't answer.

Waste of a journey.

that is a serious pisstake.  wasted your time once and then did it AGAIN when you came back??  had considered this one definitely not anymore

She appears to have changed her address from Hillingdon to Hounslow. I wonder if she has addressed her time keeping/booking issues too?!
