Well, that... Was fkin horrendous. I'm actually embarrassed while writing this.

Been wanting to punt for a while now, been going back and forth over the last couple of weeks and wanted to book Zara a couple days ago. The calendar said she was available so I rang in, turns out, she's not. That's the FIRST problem. So I hung up and decided not to. Fast forward to YESTERDAY... Decided to go ahead and book Aisha at 2pm.

Here's the SECOND problem. Was on hold for 15 minutes the first time, despite being the first caller. So I hung up and tried again. Was the second in line this time, quickly went to first in line and had to wait ANOTHER 5 and half mins. So I hung up again and tried around 30 mins later. Again, 2nd in line, on hold for another 5 mins until FINALLY SOMEONE PICKED UP... AND CUT THE PHONE ON ME! Rang straight back and was on hold for another 2 mins until I finally spoke to someone and got the 2pm booking. WOW.

Booking confirmation details came through on txt at 11:40am. By 11:48 I received a txt saying Aisha was now going to start at 3. THE THIRD PROBLEM. Okay, fair enough, I'll see her at 3... So I get a taxi to Leeds which cost me £10 and at 2:58pm I make the call to say I am outside waiting. Call is answered promptly, THANK GOD, and the women says she'll ring back in 2mins once she's rang up Aisha about the meeting... TEN MINUTES go by, not a word. So I call back (3:08p)... "Aisha isn't responding to anything" and give me a long explanation of how she was supposed to start at 2 but then rang her bosses and got to start at3 etc etc so they have no idea what's going on. PROBLEM 4.

Bare in mind, it's like 1 degree outside, I kinda don't have anywhere to go either as if you've used Lush before, you know what I mean. I was willing to wait a little to see if I would actually see her as THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE. The first time I ever used Lush, at around April, I tried to see her. Made the booking and when I got there, I was told "Aisha is puking up and won't be able to take the booking" - So I had to see Johanna.

Anyway... So she says she'll try again and find out what's happening. Another TWENTY MINUTES pass by so I ring again (3:33pm) - Nope, still nothing. So I was given a choice of a few ladies. So I decided on Lily who was the only one available. I KNOW, I SHOULD HAVE JUST CALLED IT A DAY. IM EMBARRASSED. Was told she just went in so she would be available at 4:15pm. Great. Another 30mins to kill. By this time... My genitals had frozen solid. Thank you very much. By 3:58 there was no confirmation txt... 2 minutes later: "Your 30min in call with Lily is confirmed for 4:30pm"

... I had to wait 1 hour and 30 mins. Considering Lush charge £180 for a 1 1/2 hours service... Am I going to get £180 compensation for them wasting my time? Fucking ridiculous. (I apologise for my language.)

She was okay. Good looking girl, size 8/10 and friendly. Can't complain except the oral was covered unfortunately but she was actual good nonetheless. Straight to mish, she was tight, moaning and all the usual... I was out of there in about 15 mins.

All in all... A wasted day. Another £60 down the drain and will NEVER be using Lush again. Not unless compensated for the bullshit I was put through yesterday.

That's really bad service, let's hope they take this as an opportunity to improve the feedback given on this site.

Hmm... only a week ago the agency owner explained away a similar problem with the phones and said "steps have been taken to ensure that this cannot happen again" but here we are again, same story with people being on hold for long times...

It does sound like they're dealing with some very unreliable girls though. Maybe they're unlucky, or maybe it's a problem with their hiring process? Sounds like they might be best just getting rid of one or two because it's not helping their reputation, though neither are the receptionists at the moment!

Every time I consider booking Jess a new negative reviews pops up and turns me right off using Lush  :dash:

Fucking hell pal. I feel for you.

I get pissed off waiting for the house/room number when I've arrived let alone having to go through that ball ache and then waiting 1.5 hours to see a different WG!! Still, could have been worse if she was a minger and least it's only £70 down and a pair of cold bollocks (albeit drained)  rather than £180.

Sadly, I have heard far too many bad reports about this agency (and some of the WG's it represents) and not just on this forum.

Admit I have also seen a couple of positive reviews on here more in relation to the girl than the agency.

I will not even consider Lush after reading this report. :thumbsdown:

I feel for the OP, that's shite. The agency were shit under their previous name(s) and website(s) so no surprises it's still the same under a name change. I've called them before and had a lady answer with her kids screaming in the background. It's quite clearly ran by people with pretty much zero business sense and the only way they'll eventually see the light is if everybody sacks them off and doesn't use them anymore.

Hi, well firstly I am sorry to hear you have had a bad experience. I am not going to give excuses, but I will give you the sequence of events that day from the agency side and ask you all to make your own informed judgement.
I think it's best to do as you did, and address the problems listed 1 at a time.
Problem 1, we update the calendar on a Monday morning in accordance with the hrs the girls give us as their chosen shifts, if a girl calls and cancels/changes her shift then until one of only two people (not receptionists) are available (on average within a couple of hrs but always the same day) to change the calendar itself then it would still read as available, the available today section is a more accurate to the hour guide.

Problem 2, your first attempted call was at 10:42. As stated on the websites opening hours page, the phone lines are open from 11am daily, which is incidentally, exactly the time you stopped calling mate. Your next call was at 11:36 which is in fact a 1 second call hence why you're thinking that the receptionist had put the phone down on you. Your next call was at 11:37 which was answered immediately and was for a duration for 1:33, at which point the booking was made. So not counting the calls when we were not yet open, I think it's fair to say you were not really kept on hold at all bud.

Problem 3, Aisha was sent her booking from the office, and immediately text myself to ask if she could start at 3pm, I told her to check with reception and if nothing is booked then ok. She gave her reasoning to reception and seeing as the booking had only just been made and not wanting to risk a client being messed around she moved the booking to 3pm.

Problem 4, You arrived and called in at 14:58 and notice was sent to Aisha to inform her that her client had arrived, no response. The receptionist called her and again no response, at which point she called myself to ask if I knew why she was not answering. Several calls and texts later by both myself and reception, and a request to another girl to bang on her door, still no joy. At this point I told the receptionist to explain to her client exactly what was going on and see if he would like to see another girl as there is not really mush else we can do, at 15:30 still no word and so Aisha was sacked from Lush and removed from the website.
Later that evening Aisha contacted me in tears and proceeded to give me her excuses.. I, as I'm sure many of you would have, did not believe a word of it, and so told her to provide proof. Which, much to my surprise she was able to do so immediately, and in abundance. In light of this she received a severe ticking off for not calling to say this, and was given another chance and her profile put back up (she is still not on the calendar and will be back on it from tomorrow) as tbf generally she is a good girl.
I'm also sorry to hear about Aisha being sick back in April when you first started using Lush, but I'm glad things have been ok for 6-7 months since then. I have spoken to Aisha who is willing to compensate you should you decide to make a booking with her again. I do understand what a nightmare it must have been for you having to wait around  for such a long time as well mate but I do know the receptionist did try and get you in with a girl as soon as possible.

It is a bitter fact that of the very many bookings we have each day that go without a hitch, it is only ever when something goes wrong that it becomes highlighted and then paints the agency in a bad light. This is of course just business, and anyone that owns or runs a business themselves will know this from experience.

We all understand that mate but think.of it this way. Its not just your business but every business gets that. Though in the customer service industry ( of any sorts) its got to be impeccable flawless service. You are facing customers first hand and for the price the margin for error is minimal.
Yes you cant please everyone but then you do what you can.
