Do you think the wg's rent their flats on a normal tennancy agreement, or are they just off places like gumtree?
Surely the owner would need to have someone liable for the property or he would be stumped if they ever got identified as housing wg's??
Theres a few multi room places ive been, and surely the land lord must know?

It depends on the girl. I know girls that privately rent flats to work from all above board and the land lords don't know and the girls are careful and discreet about it and what they use the property for, I know girls that work from home and I know girls that rent places of people that know full well what the place is for.
as far as legalities go, it is illegal for an agency to provide a flat for girls, as in stacey at amour for example can't rent a flat to let girls work from. not only would it be classed as subletting but it falls into questionable territory of controlling someone for finical gain via prostitution and opens the girls up to the risks of being controlled. As the agency would charge the girls for using the flat, meaning they had to have at least one job to cover the cost or pay for it out of their own pocket, which could result in the girl HAVING to take a booking she didn't want to take in order to pay for the room. I can't speak for other agencies, but amour girls either flat share, for example myself and molly used to work out of my flat (not at the same time) or work from heir own houses/hotels/specifically rented flats.
While some do, just because you are an escort doesn't mean have to find a potentially dodgy landlord in order to have somewhere to live/work from.
